Spark must be used lawfully and responsibly. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Spark to:
- Place outbound calls without proper consent and compliance with TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and Do-Not-Call rules
- Send unlawful robocalls, spam, or high-volume unsolicited marketing without consent
- Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
- Impersonate another person or organization without authorization
- Conduct phishing, fraud, or attempts to collect payment cards, passwords, or sensitive credentials on calls
- Transmit illegal content or facilitate illegal activity
- Probe, scrape, or attack Spark systems or other networks

Outbound & batch campaigns
Batch and single outbound calls must use contact lists you are authorized to call. Maintain internal DNC lists. Spark is not a substitute for legal compliance — you remain responsible for your campaigns.
Recording & disclosure
Where required, inform callers that calls may be recorded or handled by an automated assistant.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and phone lines that violate this policy or create risk to carriers, customers, or the platform.
