Common topics
- New line / caller ID — Outbound may show Unknown or Spam Likely for 24–48 hours while carriers register your number. Inbound works normally.
- Agent not booking — Check Appointments → booking settings are enabled and your agent instructions mention scheduling.
- Batch campaigns — CSV needs a
phonecolumn; accept ElevenLabs batch terms once at the platform level. - Call summaries — Post-call summaries can appear in appointment Notes automatically or via “Save call summary to notes” in the Appointments tab.
