This Privacy Policy describes how ESNTL Systems (“we”) collects and uses information when you use Spark at earnwithspark.com and app.earnwithspark.com.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, authentication identifiers (via Clerk), billing information (via Stripe).
- Business configuration — company name, agent instructions, voice settings, phone numbers, booking preferences.
- Call-related data — phone numbers dialed or received, call metadata, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries processed by our telephony and voice providers.
- Appointment data — customer names, phones, emails, notes, and scheduling details you or your agent create.
- Usage data — minutes consumed, feature usage, and basic logs for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use this data to provide and improve Spark, operate phone calls and booking features, bill your account, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run Spark, including:
- Clerk — authentication
- Stripe — payments
- ElevenLabs — voice agents, call audio, transcripts
- Twilio — phone numbers and call routing
- Resend — booking notification email (when enabled)
- Railway / Cloudflare — hosting
These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver the Service.
Call recording & transcripts
Calls may be recorded and transcribed as part of normal product operation. You are responsible for providing any notices or consents required for callers in your jurisdiction.
Retention
We retain account and appointment data while your account is active. You may delete business profiles from Settings. Call history may be retained by ElevenLabs according to their policies.
